  • IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR MONDAY 4TH JULY (Posted 03-07-22)

    Sun 03 Jul 2022 School

    Dear Parents / Carers

Managing Possible Disruption Due to the Fuel Protest Planned for Tomorrow

Changes for tomorrow Monday 4th July:

    • There will be no breakfast club
    • The school will open for children at 10:00am (access via the yard gates as normal)
    • The school will close at 15:15pm normal time
    • School lunchtime meals will be available as normal

    Explanation

There is a planned fuel protest for tomorrow which will affect the M4, major routes and petrol stations. We cannot be sure how much disruption this protest will cause but our planned changes to the school day are designed to mitigate the impact of this protest as much as possible and allow us to have enough staff to run safely.

The classes most likely to be disrupted tomorrow are our Nursery, Year 1, Year 3 and Year 6  which despite our planned changes may still need to close.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SCHOOL TEXTS AND OUR WEBSITE FOR UPDATES IN THE MORNING.

    Kind regards

    Mr M Kaye

    Headteacher
